1. Estimates

All estimates provided by The Refresh Krewe Cleaning Services are based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if the actual condition of the home or property differs significantly from the description provided.

Initial or deep cleaning services may require additional time depending on the level of buildup, dirt, or clutter present in the home.

2. Payment Policy

A 50% deposit of the estimated service price is required in order to secure and schedule your cleaning appointment.

Cleaning appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

The remaining balance, including any additional services or adjustments, must be paid before the cleaning team leaves the property.

Additional time or services requested during the cleaning must be approved by management and may result in additional charges.

3. Arrival Window

Cleaning appointments are scheduled within an arrival window rather than a specific arrival time. Traffic, weather, and previous job conditions may affect the exact arrival time.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

4. Condition of the Home

Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property and preparing the space for cleaning.

Excessive clutter, heavy buildup, or conditions that differ from the initial description may require:

* Additional time

* Additional team members

* Additional charges

If necessary, the cleaning team may ask the client to prioritize specific areas during the scheduled cleaning time.

5. Fragile Items and Breakage

The Refresh Krewe Cleaning Services takes great care while cleaning every property. However, due to the nature of cleaning services, normal wear and tear, aging fixtures, or pre-existing damage may result in items becoming loose, detached, or damaged during cleaning.

The Refresh Krewe Cleaning Services is not responsible for fragile, unstable, improperly installed, or previously damaged items, including but not limited to blinds, fixtures, decorative items, or furniture.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any delicate or fragile items before the cleaning service. We strongly recommend that valuable or fragile items be secured prior to our arrival.

6. Photos and Cleaning Results

For training, quality control, and marketing purposes, The Refresh Krewe Cleaning Services may take photos or short videos during or after a cleaning service.

These images focus only on cleaning results and do not include personal information or identifiable details.

7. Pets

Clients are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and safe during the cleaning service.

For the safety of both the cleaning team and the animals, pets should be placed in a separate room or secured area whenever possible.

9. Agreement
